On 22nd November 2011 the General Financial Directorate released the Direction of the General Financial Directorate no. D-6 to the unified procedure when applying some provisions of the Income Tax Act No. 586/1992 Coll.,
as subsequently amended. This directive replaces the Direction D-300 issued by the Ministry of Finance of Czech Republic for this purpose five years ago. This new direction of the General Financial Directorate can be firstly used for the taxable period which began in the year 2011. In the following releases of FM we will notify you of important interpretation changes.
