The partners of our company are Ivan Fučík, Edita Ševcovicová, Ludmila Malimánková, Tomáš Plešingr and Milan Pašek.

Ivan Fučík is an auditor and tax adviser. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. Ivan Fučík has gained several years of experience at consultancy companies operating within the so-called "Big Five"; out of that he spent over one and a half years abroad, and over one and a half years in the position of partner. He is a member of the Corporate Taxation Section of the Chamber of Tax Advisers. He specializes in international tax planning and the application of avoidance of double taxation agreements, and transfer prices issues. He is the author of a book named "Daňové aspekty podnikání v koncernu" (Tax Aspects of Conducting Business in a Concern) and more than a hundred articles and publications.

Edita Ševcovicová is a tax adviser. She graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague. She is a member of the Presidium of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "CTA"), a member of the specialized Accounting Section of CTA, CTA examiner and representative of CTA in the National Accounting Council. She is an excellent lecturer and author of numerous academic articles. She primarily focuses on relations between accounting and tax, mergers and business combinations.

Ludmila Malimánková is an accounting specialist who has gained extensive experience in financial and payroll accounting. She specializes in the preparation of financial statements, reconstruction of accounting and labour law issues.

Tomáš Plešingr is a tax adviser, he graduated from the School of Business Administration of the Silesian University in Opava. Tomáš is a member of the VAT section of the Chamber of Tax Advisers; he is a certified specialist for the area of research and development. He specializes in VAT and corporate income tax issues.

Milan Pašek is an auditor and he specializes in, among other things, forensic audit (fraud testing) and in inspections of internal control systems. He has valuable experience of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In addition to audits, Milan also focuses on accounting in relation to taxes, preparation of corporate income tax returns and consultancy regarding preparation of consolidated financial statements.
