Consulting is our mission.
Since 1994 we provide to our clients comprehensive consulting services to help them reach their business goals. Our goal is to satisfy our clients. We are guided by our mottos: „We advise you to make money.“ And „Do not pay more than you have to.“
The basis and priority of our consulting activity is the joining of our knowledge, skills and experience in accounting, taxes, audit and business consulting.
Associates of our company are Ivan Fučík, Edita Ševcovicová, Ludmila Malimánková and Tomáš Plešingr.
Ivan Fučík is an auditor and tax advisor. He graduated from the University of Economy in Prague. Ivan Fučík gained his experience by many years of practice with consulting companies within the so-called “big five”, of which he spent more than a year and a half abroad and more than a year and a half in the position of an associate. He is a member of the section of the Chamber of tax advisors for the field of corporate taxation. He is specialized in international tax planning and application of Conventions on avoidance of double taxation. He is an author of the book called Concerns and taxes and more than hundred of articles and publications. He specializes in international tax planning and the implementation of the double taxation avoidance agreements, the issue of transfer prices.
Edita Ševcovicová is a tax advisor. She graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at the Charles University in Prague. Edita Ševcovicová is the chief of the professional section of accounting of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of CR (hereinafter as ChTA) and the representative of ChTA in the National Accounting Council. She is an excellent lecturer and an author of many professional articles. She specializes at fusions and company combinations.
Ludmila Malimánková is an accounting specialist with a long-term practice in the field of financial and payroll accounting. She specializes in financial statements, reconstruction of bookkeeping and the labour law issues.
Tomáš Plešingr is a tax advisor. He graduated from the School of Business Administration of the Silesian University in Opava. Tomáš is a member of the section of the Chamber of tax advisors for the field of VAT. He is a certified specialist for the area of research and development. His specialization is the issue of VAT and the issue of the corporate income tax.
A team of forty employees of the company consists of other tax advisors registered in the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the CR, auditors registered in the Chamber of Auditors of the CR, assistant auditors registered in the Chamber of Auditors of the CR, accounting experts, and other specialists.
Associates and other employees actively participate in the legislative process within the reminder proceedings between chambers and the ministries, which passes over to the approval of predominantly tax laws. We also participate in the particular fields at the professional lecturing and publication activities.
The company is a member of BKR International, an association of independent consulting offices, which associates 300 offices in 70 countries of the world.
